EDMONTON, July 8 /CNW/ - The Churchill Corporation (the "Corporation" or
"Churchill") announced today that as part of its ongoing restructuring at
Triton Projects Inc. ("Triton"), Mr. Gord Ehrenlechner, has been appointed to
the position of Acting President and Chief Operating Officer of Triton,
effective immediately. Mr. Ehrenlechner succeeds Mr. Kelly Smith who has
ceased employment with the Corporation.
Mr. James Houck, Churchill President and Chief Executive Officer, stated
"Mr. Ehrenlechner has demonstrated strong leadership abilities in addition to
his proven track record of building strong customer relationships by
delivering projects which meet the customer's needs."
Mr. Ehrenlechner's most recent position was as Executive Vice President
within the Triton organization and he has over 30 years of experience in
managing all aspects of heavy industrial construction projects.
